I have had a couple of sessions here now with Mike who is the Osteopath at SoCo and my back feels so much better already! He hasn't just treated me during my appointments but also gave me some exercises to take away and do at home which have been really helpful! I would definitely recommend him for treatment!

Silvia is absolutely amazing at what she does! I’ve been going to her since spring and after every massage I leave rejuvenated, relaxed and happy. It’s one of my highlights of the month, I always look forward to the next session. She’s so skilled, experienced and a genuinely lovely human being to talk with! I can’t recommend her enough, so glad I found her!

Honestly from the get go I got what I came for. Love this place. Never knew I could get my money's worth using previous chiropractor who literally took 5-10 min for the same price. Jayde is thorough, on point, does what she needs and results are pretty instant. 1 or 2 times and I was on the right path with my severe aches. Saves my back and neck each time. Can thoroughly recommend her place x
