Honestly from the get go I got what I came for. Love this place. Never knew I could get my money's worth using previous chiropractor who literally took 5-10 min for the same price. Jayde is thorough, on point, does what she needs and results are pretty instant. 1 or 2 times and I was on the right path with my severe aches. Saves my back and neck each time. Can thoroughly recommend her place x
Been seeing James and Jayde for years and they are amazing. Helping me with my many physical issues. always accommodating and giving A* service. The whole team is always friendly and I also enjoy going in for treatment
I have been going to Silvia for acupuncture, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I had never had acupuncture before and was understandably nervous. She is so gentle and absolutely amazing. She is lovely to talk to and does a wonderful treatment altogether. I would not go anywhere else having experienced Silvia.
Fantastic team of people and really know their stuff. If you're looking for a sports massage in Bournemouth, these guys are the best.
