I backed the kickstarter Sockwa X10 after hearing about Sockwa from a friend. They have several products on market, so should be good, right? We are more than a year later, communication has been abysmal and no color, size or shipping surveys have been sent. I believe no one in the campaign expects to receive their footwear anymore and kickstarter has since limited the creators account. Maybe the product is fine if you buy Sockwa off the shelve. I’m really disappointed in this company.

Seems like they don't care about their customers and/or backers on Kickstarter. Sockwa's project was fully funded ($296,000!!) and they have stopped providing updates and ignored messages. I was extremely excited about their shoes but it seems like a scam.
