I hired Emmanuel Socks for my cousin’s immigration case. The contract total was $8,000, and I paid a $2,500 down payment. He promised to file a bond request, a VAWA petition, or withholding of removal depending on the outcome — but none of those were filed. Communication was extremely poor.
