I purchased a ring at Sockeye Sam's on my recent Alaskan cruise. Did notice it was out of round until we had left port. my fault for not examining it more closely. After we arrived home the set came out of the ring. The manager did call me and agreed to fix the ring at my cost. He also accused me of doing the damage to the ring which was not the case at all.
