It seems like everyday a bus is either late or doesn't even show up, which makes me late for my next bus and then ultimately added 30min-1h of extra time to my trip. Around twice a month the bus doesn't even stop for me and drives right by. Overall the service is mediocre at best and I'm almost always left disappointed.
When the bus says it’s coming in 1 minutes and then it turns into 15 minutes….
I have attempted to leave so many comments, complaints and suggestions and they are met with the sucks to suck attitude. STO is BY far THE worst transit system I have used in Canada, and I have lived in over 16 cities across 4 provinces. They have improper notice of cancellations, changes to the schedule and no indication at stops when busses from ottawa to gat aren’t running. I have never had a bus on time and I have 5 options out of Gatineau from my house. Unnecessarily canceling routes for convenience or blaming traffic. ... read more
