Ambiguous questions, study materials that don’t truly align with the exam content, and practice tests without clear answers or explanations — it feels like the SHRM exam is intentionally designed to make you fail so they can keep charging retake fees. It’s really frustrating and disappointing. I honestly don’t understand why the SHRM certification holds such a high reputation.
Please fix your predatory mailing list practices. Why are you buying names from Ez Cater to send mailers to? I have no idea how else you would have gotten one of our vendor's names. Tired of getting mail for him and his colleague, all because they sent us food from Ez Cater two years ago. Also continuously getting mail for the most random people as well. Wildly expensive, non-refundable memberships. Purchased their student membership for a class and ended up not needing it and was refused a refund despite never utilizing the membership. Such a waste of $75.
