They haven't got a clue on how to educate and provide the proper skills and knowledge for those who are wanting skills in community service. Beware do not do a work placement with Social Vitality Solutions. The staff member who I had was very un experience in educating and providing any skills or knowledge about community service. Her approach to educating is not professional and you definitely would not gain the true skills and knowledge that is needed. She doses not give guidance and her teaching method is unclear with no structure and no clear directions on what to do.
