Social Report is a great tool for complete social media management. The tool is always improving and the customer service is attentive and very helpful. I feel like I'm in good hands with this business. No issues at all and very happy with the product. I would definitely recommend using this tool. You simply WILL NOT find a better social media management tool with this combination of features.

I love working with Social Report - their capabilities far out way those of competitions such as Hootsuite. The reporting and scheduling functions in particular are so user friendly and every time I have encountered an issue, the support team has resolved it timorously. I would recommend to any social media managers wanting a full-service platform with all the requirements needed for managing social media accounts.

I have been using Social Report to manage my client's social media accounts for more than a year. I changed from other platforms because they were a lot less flexible, and much more expensive than Social Report. I've been pleasantly surprised with Social Report's ease of use, the extent of their features, throroughness of their reports, and the quick responses from their customer support team. All in all, I feel I'm finally getting my money's worth with this company.
