John Siebert is hands down the best. He made the whole process way more easier and way less stressful. I really had no idea on what I was doing besides applying for a loan for a house. He had explained things in so much in detail that I had no questions. He helps you find the best rate and still makes sure everything is to your advantage. Max is the absolute best! It is so clear that he is one of the most knowledgeable people in the lending business. He was so helpful and was always available to answer my questions - I would not be in my dream home without him! Andrew and Chelsea at social mortgage has a way with people! Very down to earth and honest young people. Andrew and Chelsea are always pretty pleasant even when I am NOT feeling great..Most importantly they works hard for you and trying to accommodate as much as possible with you even with fluctuations in credit as well as very low income needs.
