John Siebert is hands down the best. He made the whole process way more easier and way less stressful. I really had no idea on what I was doing besides applying for a loan for a house. Max is the absolute best! It is so clear that he is one of the most knowledgeable people in the lending business. He was so helpful and was always available to answer my questions - I would not be in my dream home without him! Justin and the whole Social Mortgage team were excellent. They took the time to explain things well, are incredibly good at finding the best rates, and were very quick and responsive to our questions and asks. I have zero negative things to say.
Andrew and Chelsea at social mortgage has a way with people! Very down to earth and honest young people. Andrew and Chelsea are always pretty pleasant even when I am NOT feeling great..Most importantly they works hard for you and trying to accommodate as much as possible with you even with fluctuations in credit as well as very low income needs. I really appreciate the team at social mortgage for helping me to lower my mortgage rate through a reasonable refinance!! I never thought this could happen so soon, what a blessing!
