Scam artist. You should avoid.
This guy sold me a ticket to coachella for weekend one. I paid in full months ago (almost a year ago) I flew our from Australia to get to coachella with my friends and my ticket wasn't even there. I contacted him via email on the day of the event explaining I hadn't got my ticket, I wasted a day trying to sort out my ticket and never actually got into the event.
