II am a notary who was assigned to a loan signing on January 8th 2025 and still have not received payment despite multiple emails sent and calls made!!! I was contacted for a signing within the hour. I made childcare arrangements immediately and started to prep for this signing. I received 2 text messages confirming I got the assignment but then the signer was having technical issues with hai phone and to only text . I then received a code to log in to snap docs to get the info. I accepted an assignment fromCoast2coast and when I didn't have documents 15 minutes prior to the signing, suggested we reschedule for the following day. My contact agreed but failed to notify the client. I later got an angry call from Patrick, blaming me for the incomplete assignment. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was appalling. Little wonder their reputation is so poor on notary forums

Lisa at SoCal Signing Company hired one of our notaries to do a job, which was completed the same day. Sixty days later, and many requests later, this bill still has not been paid and will necessitate a trip to Small Claims. We can only assume this is how they do "business as usual".
