Didn’t file paperwork like agreed but took my money and then stopped responding.
I had a great experience when I went into the office for help. Steve is knowledgeable and helpful. Where I’m stuck is, the process that required help is taking longer than I expected. I have several questions about the situation and am getting no response to any emails or phone calls. Repeatedly. I was not holding Steve accountable for the length of time things take but his current lack of communication is very disappointing from how it started. Update: Never filed my paperwork. Took my money though
Steve is professional and very knowledgeable about details. I had already talked with a courthouse clerk and self-help, and Steve mentioned a few more things that I didn't know. They take the proof of delivery forms to the courthouse to get stamped and then email copies. This saved me an additional trip to the courthouse. After stressful preparation of documents it was a relief to let them handle the last part.
Steve said he would meet my husband in 20 minutes, as place was closed, even though website was open, he never showed up
