We waited since 7am this morning for express and they went to the front nurses station and were told to go to my mom's room to get her and the driver just left without informing us that they were her. Very unprofessional! Don't use this company's ever! Now we have to reschedule a very important appointment because of their incompetence.

I was stopped at a stop sign near my residence, when this driver approached a four way stop. He rolled through the stop sign cutting everyone off. When drivers honked at him, he flipped them off. Had we not stopped a second time at the stop sign, there would have been an accident. Do people still flip people off? Such a juvenile way to behave!
