I always have a very nice experience here. The ladies are very kind and patient.
I've now been here several times and SoCal Body Institute is great. :) It's only my second experience with a laser hair removal place, but it was really nice. The area is a bit sketchy, I won't lie, but the institute is secure, clean, and pleasant. The staff that helped me were welcoming, took time to tell me about everything, and didn't try to upsell me on things; which is something I've experienced elsewhere. I did NOT have a good experience here! I've had laser tattoo removal on my eyebrows done before, but this was my first time trying this place. The girl that did my laser removal (Crystal) was not friendly and very rude. I've never been to a laser removal place that didn't offer the client an ice pack or a stress ball. They had that cold air blowing machine, but when I asked if they use any sort of numbing prior, she just said no and moved onto the laser removal process. I went to SoCal Body Institute for eyebrow tattoo removal. This was the first time at this facility but the third attempt for me. I had a wonderful experience. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the premise was clean. I hope I get the results I'm looking for.
