Purchased the new XTR DI2 group, but accidentally purchased the medium cage option. The description didn’t mention the range (most retailers note the range). On me for not properly researching the correct part number. Tried canceling less than an hour after purchase and was told next day tough luck and that it already shipped. If I could give less than one star, I would. Needed to return a tire because the rim that I ordered was out of stock (from a different shop). Not only was I on my own for return shipping (no $10 label option), but they are going to charge me a 25% restocking fee. There is no mention whatsoever about a 25% restocking fee on the website! The owner barked at me and said “not my problem, should have ordered a rim from us” (which is not in stock at her shop) and the customer service rep is just as bad. Brought my bike in I wanted to get work done same day. They were very accommodating and changed my cassette and my chain. The price was awesome as well as I brought this in last minute and was able to leave same day mind you this is the height of the season. They will definitely be my go to bike shop.
