Their online sales setup is a joke. They use drop shipping services so they're completely in the dark as to where your merchandise might be. The people on the phone seem indifferent and quick to brush you off and continue with their day and not deliver on their promises. I'm sure if someone owed them something they'd be quick to snatch it up. Do the right thing and shop with a reputable online vendor. Buyer beware!!!

Yesterday I did a day rental of a carbon road bike. Had a great time on a 100km ride; look forward to visiting again next year... Maybe more than just a day rental! Friendly shop, totally recommend!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at So-Cal. I initially purchased a bike for over $800, only to find that it was rusted shortly after. When I brought it back for a check-up, the staff was rude and dismissive about my concerns. Despite it being a basic issue, they didn’t even get around to fixing the bike after keeping it for 3 days, so I ended up collecting it as is. My wife and I rented road bikes for 3 days during our trip and we experienced no problems with the rentals! Easy to reserve online if preferred! SoCal was very accommodating and helpful during our trip and they are conveniently located. Great experience!
