Sobu demanded an extra $500 or refused to ship — two weeks after charging my card and confirming delivery. After ordering a dining table online, SOBU customer service emailed me to tell me that the first-order code was not valid for my purchase, even though the order had already processed and my credit card had already been charged. They then sent me an invoice for another $278 and told me that they wouldn't release my order until I paid the extra amount. I've never experienced a company try to charge me for more money after I'd already paid, for an error on their part. Ended up having to cancel my order.

I guess the only way to show your art here is be a nepobaby? I mean, I know that’s how the world works, I was just hoping a local spot might feature, idk, local artists, who are, idk, not related to the owners? Sry if this is too much to ask for Rockridge

Great products and great service. Nice to be able to see a designer piece and not just simply buy online.
