Amazing quality furniture, smooth delivery, but slow and poor customer service. I first bought an Ethnicraft Bok extendable dining table from Sobu a couple months ago. Once order was placed, I had to follow up personally via email and phone multiple times to get an estimated delivery time. Ultimately it did get delivered safely - but then we found minor finishing errors made by the manufacturer, prompting us to reach back out to Sobu for assistance. Absolutely LOVE this store!! One of the few actual furniture stores still around that isn't part of a giant chain selling plastic tables. The furniture is the real deal and sooo beautiful and comfortable! We wanted a live-edge dining table and matching chairs. We waited and waited for the right slab and they let us look each time until the one for us popped up. They even modified the slab to fit our dining room perfectly. I ordered the Ethnicraft Bok Dining Table an had it delivered to my home in Nevada. SOBU did a great job communicating all the steps along the way and the table was delivered with care. I love love love the table, it’s one of my favorite things in our newly renovated home. Thank you!
This store is so chic I wish I could furnish my entire home with their products! Recently we purchased a new dining room table from Sobu and I know it will be at the center of our home for decades to come. It is sturdy, curvaceous and built to last. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Shipping was fast and well-protected. The chairs look great, unique, and perfectly matched our existing walnut table.
