Wish I could give 0 stars. Never mentioned NOT ONCE the price it would be to take my vehicle 1.2 km. Mohamed was non compliant and unwilling to hear my side of what the driver (Moon) told me. I have audio recording of Mohamed confirming he never told me the cost it would take my vehicle home. JUST UBER. ITS CHEAPER. NOT WORTH IT!!!! If I could give them a zero star review I would. Over the phone the owner said it was $55 plus tax then when dropping off the owner added $20 extra when total should have been 63 with tip included. Then when trying to clear up the situation the owner was making up numbers and saying we agreed on text. I have proof we never did. Then saying hes too busy to talk , horrible horrible customer service. Only reason I let it go because the driver was actually really nice. Never recommend this to anyone.

Driver made sure to take the longest route possible, ‘missing the Deerfoot exit’ which ended up in a ridiculously high charge. Was this on purpose or planned?? Drivers should be familiar with City and the quickest routes, for positive customer experiences. When company was asked to provide a detailed bill for the excessive charges, they stated they would, but have received nothing so far. When I initially got the quote over the phone i was told it would cost $90-$95 for a 30 minute drive so i agreed. Then once we pulled up at my house the driver asks how much i wanted to tip lol so i kindly said 20%, im not a mathematician but when he said ok i will charge your card $150 i was a little shocked. When i asked him to check his math he gave some bullshit about a $10 driver fee, which still doesn’t add up but being a younger woman alone with him i felt uncomfortable arguing further about it. Really awful company . Please be cautious when calling them and booking with them as they are not trustworthy. I called in advance to get a quote for new years and they said it would be roughly $100 plus a $25 day rate. That was completely normal as that is the usual rate from this location that I had received and taken before from both keys please and designated drivers (I would have gone with either service but due to the pick up being 10:am both keys please and des drivers were closed).
