Absolutely horrible experience at Sore Wellness Massage Centre! The website showed they were open, and since they never bother answering their phone, we went there in person to book an appointment. The door was wide open, so naturally we walked in. To our shock, the lady inside rudely yelled at us saying they were closed. No courtesy, no basic manners just pure rudeness. This is NOT how customers should be treated. Never going back here again.
everyone who works there is lovely, however we did not receive proper care for our newborn. We were told he was done with his massage appointments but he still had so much tension and had completely stopped breastfeeding because of that. We decided to give another establishment a try to see if they could help with his gas and they have released most of his tension and has got our baby back to breastfeeding.
Kennedy was my RMT and did a fantastic job addressing prenatal pains in my mid and low back. She was kind and professional, and I could tell she had a great understanding of anatomy by how she worked through the muscles in my neck, shoulder and back.
Nathalie is very patient and kind and helped us with our newborn baby feel better. Totally recommended
