For one these guy's are nothing but liars.. This isn't a joke. Me and 3 others were hired on as percentage driver's , we get to orientation , after we're trapped there , that they're not yet doing percentage yet! That it won't start for another week , well each week so far they have said the same thing , it's been 6 weeks. The other thing , is that they say you get to pick the truck you want 2023 to a new one , well that is also a lie!! You won’t make a living here leasing . You will average $900 weekly or less . Even if you live inside your truck for months without going home thinking you’re hon make it , you may never see a 4k month . Been there been trying that but some weeks I don’t even have money for food . It’s a homeless camp and I got receipts . I got nothing against them but it is what it is. You may or may not receive a load, you’ll just sit in their parking lot or whatever truck stop wondering what’s your next move sometime for days . Can’t pay ... read more

Orientation was ok. A few surprises. Before you go they 'neglect' to tell you about the 62.50 IC fee they take every week for a year. But if you last a year you get it back. They also 'neglect' to tell you that you are responsible for trailer wash outs. Even ones where customer requires it. And many of their "customers" do require. And some require Blue Beacon receipt.
