Excellent work from these guys! I brought my Chinese “EKX X21 MAX” to these guys because this random Chinese company that made it doesn’t use proper/safe connections on the bikes. SOAR HOBBY swapped the bad connections out and put all new heavy duty ones in, my bike now runs mint condition. Off road hits super fast speeds. Thank you again Soar Hobby. The boys don’t get paid enough for the quality work they do, the repairs were dirt cheap for high quality work! 10/10 recommend repairs done here
star – would not recommend. Bought a Tao 4-wheeler less than a year ago. Had to wait to pick it up because the snow blade purchased with it wasn’t in yet — I was patient. Battery issues almost immediately. Original battery failed, replaced it in November, and it still drains constantly even with very little use. I was assured this Tao was strong enough for the snow blade. After finally using it, it’s clearly underpowered and not suitable — not enough CCs to handle the blade. If you're into anything hobby then you definitely need to check this store out, for beginners or advanced hobby pros they have the Best prices in Windsor and online. Every question/concern was easily answered and super professional. 110% recommend and I will be a soarhobby customer for life.
I went to this store to fix electric scooter battery.he told me ,tire is not good also.i will check in 5 business days and will update you.he didnot call me,I called after 13 days and they said its fixed.they gave me new charger and changed tire and I paid $230.46. but when I came home ,I plugged in for 1 hour did not see any progress. I went back ,waste time 3 times and that guy was rude and he said,he will not refund money,explained to him if problem not fixed why you said its fixed and charge me $230.46 which i paid. aft... read more
I've had multiple issues with my sons scooter which I couldn't trouble shoot. Every time I bring it to them they have an answer, sometimes they can fix it, sometimes they cant. Either way they always give me a straight answer and when they have done work, a reasonable rate.
