I've had multiple issues with my sons scooter which I couldn't trouble shoot. Every time I bring it to them they have an answer, sometimes they can fix it, sometimes they cant. Either way they always give me a straight answer and when they have done work, a reasonable rate.
I went to this store to fix electric scooter battery.he told me ,tire is not good also.i will check in 5 business days and will update you.he didnot call me,I called after 13 days and they said its fixed.they gave me new charger and changed tire and I paid $230.46. but when I came home ,I plugged in for 1 hour did not see any progress. I went back ,waste time 3 times and that guy was rude and he said,he will not refund money,explained to him if problem not fixed why you said its fixed and charge me $230.46 which i paid. aft... read more
I have owned my boomerbuggy pro for almost 2 years. I have had nothing but the greatest expereince with Chris and the team. They work with you to try to exceed your expectations. Sometimes it's a little wait on parts however that is not their fault. I have nothing nasty to say and I am proud to tell everyone where I got my ride. Thank you and keep up the good work
- I came in to repair my scooter, and was told I'd have a diagnostic fee of $20, which is alright, but when I went to pick it up, it was $62. - I kept having to call for an update on my scooter, as they said they'd call to update me and never did. - Told me to repair it, it would cost $400 for the battery alone, as it had to be custom-built, however, I had someone repair my scooter for $45 and a free diagnostic. All in all, total scam, I highly recommend you stay away from this place.
My son brought his e-bike to have it diagnosed, was first told $55… paid $72, they cut the throttle wire and just left it so now we have to purchase a whole new wiring harness and they somehow managed to break the throttle as the spring isn’t working in the throttle… told us the controller would be $250 , ended up buying controller wire harness and new throttle for $180 from the e-bike website. The bike came back in worse shape than when it got there. These guys costed us more money . Would never go back
