I had an amazing experience shopping at Soar Hobby! Their customer service was top-notch, and the products were exactly as described. Fast shipping and a smooth process made the whole experience effortless! Highly recommend!
The staff at Soar Hobby were very knowledgable and helpful and they got me exactly what I needed in a timely order.
When I went to these guys with my electric scooter to get it fixed, they told me that I need to change the controller and quoted me a high price (300$!!) My neighbour bought the scooter off me and took the same scooter to these guys again, they fixed it for him for a cheaper price (100$) and told him some other part was damaged, not the controller. It's not fair that they give misleading quotes and inconvenience their customers even after charging 55$ for diagnosing the scooter. I lost my scooter because of them.
I brought an old golf cart charger to Soar to make sure it was still working. Chris took the time to have a look at it and explained the technical side of how it works with the cart. If I have any future golf cart issues I will be back. Update: My Dad's old golf cart needed some repairs. Chris and Tom were great at diagnosing the problems, suggesting solutions, and getting the cart running properly again. Thanks guys!
Got a kick scooter from Soar Hobby & More a month ago, and its been great! The staff were super cool, and the scooter’s been awesome. Totally Recommend them!
