We had an electric scooter repaired and most recently a Leo Teo E Motorcycle. We are extremely happy with the service from Chris. He went over and above for us with our E bike. His staff are trustworthy and work hard for their customers. Thank you for all your help with getting our bike fixed properly. He had the bike for two weeks but kept me up to date daily. He was willing to fight for our parts under warranty--even if it meant driving to Toronto. We have no problem recommending Chris and his staff. Thank you again :)
I had an amazing experience shopping at Soar Hobby! Their customer service was top-notch, and the products were exactly as described. Fast shipping and a smooth process made the whole experience effortless! Highly recommend!
Had a rear wheel and hub replaced. When they were done I rode away and the chain would slip off in 7th gear. When I returned and said what the problem was I was told 55 bucks to look at it. So the incompetence of their mechanic was the cause and tried to charge me to fix it. Before the wheel and hub were replaced the mechanic said that the problem was something else. Don't buy anything here they are crooks
When I went to these guys with my electric scooter to get it fixed, they told me that I need to change the controller and quoted me a high price (300$!!) My neighbour bought the scooter off me and took the same scooter to these guys again, they fixed it for him for a cheaper price (100$) and told him some other part was damaged, not the controller. It's not fair that they give misleading quotes and inconvenience their customers even after charging 55$ for diagnosing the scooter. I lost my scooter because of them.
The staff at Soar Hobby were very knowledgable and helpful and they got me exactly what I needed in a timely order.
