Very good shopping experience…..
Last Friday, I visited this skincare shop with my friend to make my second purchase. Unfortunately, it was quite a chaotic experience. The store was noisy, with loud sounds coming from the staff arranging products, and I was taken aback by the combination of their local language being spoken loudly alongside Australian customs in the store without any concerns about their customers presence .There is no warm welcome and pleasant smile.The atmosphere was a bit distracting, making it hard for me to focus on shopping. Love all the products at soapmum but especially the organic golden balm. Have been using on my eczema and it has been wonderful. Soaps are amazing. Love the little gifts that I find in this shop as well.
Good service and good recommendations.
After using their products I don’t think I can go back to other brands. It feels so good knowing that they are all made in small batches using mostly natural ingredients. Definitely a must try if you have skin issues. The antioxidant serum saved my face from skin peeling off during the dry season. Thank you!
