I went there for the first time and for the follow up I tried calling many times and texted her but she never reply or call back. How can you visit a salon where their is just one person (owner) and she herself dont care about the good customer service.

I was so anxious about getting a Brazilian wax for the first time, but I’m honestly so glad I finally went through with it and even happier that I chose Samantha! She made me feel super comfortable from the moment I walked in. She explained everything clearly, kept the conversation going and the whole process felt quick and painless, and she did such a great job!! Highly recommend her if you're nervous or new to waxing!
