Pools were crowded, not relaxing if you have to be careful not to touch the stranger next to you. The whole place has a crammed in feel, it's very small. They want you to sit on your towel in the sauna and then expect you to use the same towel to dry off afterwards 🤢 Spent $462 on a massage and soak for two people and they charged me $3 for an extra towel There are other places in Brisbane that offer much better service and are way more relaxing. Don't waste your time here.
Beautiful facilities with 5 hot, magnesium pools, cold plunge, sauna, steam room and showers. Yea and towels provided. Website didn’t work for our booking but we showed up and got straight in.
Had a lovely relaxing time here with my daughter. Accidentally booked the wrong place but they allowed us to come in and canceled the other place for us. Left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated.
Overpriced and rude staff.
Quite unclean and not the greatest experience right from the start. I arrived with my friend this morning for our booking, and her other guest woke up that morning very unwell so she did not attend as to not get others sick. We explained this to the staff but they said they were unable to amend the booking. We even said we’d be happy to upgrade our own packages for the two of us but we don’t want to pay for someone that is unwell.
