We loved our visit! Staff were absolutely lovely. The whole place is relaxed and unpretentious. We left feeling great! Highly recommend.
We had such a fun, relaxing time there. They’ve curated the aesthetic beautifully - tropical plants everywhere, earthy tones throughout, and the outdoor tea/water bar was a lovely touch. The masseuses were professional and checked in often to make sure the pressure was right. The front desk staff were either new, or unfamiliar with the different packages/booking options. Only drawback was the booking process, riddled with technical issues. The change rooms/lockers/showers area also gets quite congested.
