Had a wonderful experience with my massage
I have been going to Soak consistently however with the price increase, it’s now overpriced for what it is. Showers are very dirty and unhygienic. Some staff like Chris are very nice but others are extremely rude. It has been a very unpleasant experience the last few visits which is disappointing.
Get wet and relax in heated plunge pools, then a wet or dry sauna followed by a revitalising dip into a 12°C pool before stepping back into the heated ones.
The soak and massage were both good. Staff when I arrived were friendly and helpful. Your booking system let’s you down. Booking is a nightmare. I literally will not come there due to how hard it is to book. I’m very busy, and taking time out to do a soak and massage should be relaxing but booking is stressful as it is too difficult and even calling is always pushed back to the website. If someone calls - take their booking. I will try online first but if it too difficult I always revert to calling.
Great experience. Will be returning!
