Awesome, relaxing experience.
After hearing about a customer's experience at this place, I decided it's not somewhere I would choose to visit. The way the situation was handled seemed unprofessional and made me question the level of trust and security a business like this should provide. In my opinion, any wellness service should offer peace of mind and give customers confidence that they and their personal belongings will be treated with the utmost care. For that reason, I would choose to go elsewhere.
I wanted to take a day off there, but I've seen bad recommendations that valuable things are lost there, how scary...
