Bummer to write such a poor review. I wanted this to work out. I had a phone needing repair. First telephone pick up response was great. Once the call was over I was told they connect with me via text to get an invoice over etc....whelp I was forgot about and this was a $300+ job. So I followed up with a call and spoke with a new tech who said the same thing, this time we did connect via text. However after only a few texts back and forth, an invoice was never presented, when requested...nothing. My phone really needed a fix... read more
