I would leave 0 stars if I could. Owner wont call back, respond to emails, and kept deleting all comments myself and others made on his FB page. Now has blocked me from commenting. I sent two cameras back for repairs and haven't heard back.. been months. Poor customer service and not a great camera either

Bought 4 cameras and sent in with po to company to check out. They received them and asked me questions. I answered and never heard back. It’s been months and they won’t call me or email me back. They have taken 2 cameras from me. I since have bought 6 SPYPOINT brand cameras. These camera are great ! Much better product and half the cost for the camera. I’m sure snyper has gone out of business but I will contact Amazon next to see if amazon can get them to contact me. Any how buyer beware they don’t care about you the custom... read more

We have been very happy with their products however the customer service is horrible. We have been trying for weeks to get someone to respond. We have called and sent to a full voicemail box and cannot leave a message, we have emailed with no response, we have posted questions of how to get help on their FB and comments are deleted, we have sent them FB pm's and the response is to call or email.
