Amazing staff, owner goes above and beyond to help us with caring for our many pet, great pet store
I am a local man and my car broke down at this lady's shop this morning SUNDAY and I left with my son to get some parts and returned with in 10 minutes to get something out of my car to go get the part and she had already showed up with the police department and told me I needed to remove it right now!! I explained it broke down and she didn't care an was RUDE AND TOLD ME TO GET IT OFF HER PROPERTY IT WAS IN THE WAY!! I SAID ARE YOU OPED TODAY AND SHE REPLIED NO BUT SHE DIDN'T CARE!! Property owner is nasty and has no sympathy for someone broke down in the parking lot. Called the police to have my sister's car towed after being left there on a day they were closed when it was only there for ten minutes and they were actively working on getting it home. Literally had to roll it out into the grass on the roadside to go get a new battery or she was towing it. You are wrong for that!
Great hometown pet store! The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable when deciding on the right pet to purchase for your family/lifestyle. We love getting our pet rats and supplies from here! ❤️
