I loved the residents and felt privileged to take care of them in the last years of their lives. Unfortunately, many of the residents were kept in assisted living when they should have been in the skilled nursing part and the staff was not sufficient to give them the care they needed and took time away from the ones that belonged in assisted living. I would say that I loved the residents there. The management though is not the best lack of communication at the assistant living facility. They don’t care about what you have to say or your opinion and it’s sad. Lack of respect for their employees they say one thing and then do another
