Although I was a walk-in, retail customer, without an appointment, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful toward me. I was shown a variety of vinyl and foam materials and purchased the exact products to repair my DIY project correctly. It worked out well, and I would recommend Snyder Upholstery. Tip: The entrance is not the store front. In fact, that door is locked. Drive around back, behind the stores in the plaza, and look for the Snyder sign/entrance.
They appear to no longer be in business. The address shows a closed restaurant. Their phone rings several times before going to dead air and then disconnecting. Several emails inquiring if they are open go unanswered.
I used this company to repair some cuts in my leather seats in my car. When I picked it up it looked fantastic. I was really pleased, until about a month later and it has all peeled off. They didn’t actually stitch up the holes but put some material over top and it didn’t last. But the worst part is I have texted the owner of the company twice in attempts to have it redone properly and I’ve had no response back. Horrible customer service.
Snyder did better than we could've expected. They were on time, price was exactly what they said it would be and it turned out beautifully! I highly recommend them!
