No form of communication as another commenter said. Receptionist is chronically rude and condescending-continuously cutting you off while you speak. Refuses to make appointments, says you will have to speak to Snyder to make one-yet you can never get a return call from the Snyder himself. Emergent situation involving my grandfather’s well being and after my family has used this office for decades, this happens. Unfortunately if this isn’t resolved, we will have to take our time and money somewhere else.
It's an Attorney's office and they handle business as Attorneys usually do. On their own time and their own way, as per normal for any Attorney.
