This is the worst place ever. They are a nightmare. They first left my son off the first tax return then on the next ammended return put down the wrong last name and social security number. NEVER NEVER NEVER use them. They have caused use a bunch of extra work and are we now being audited due to two amended returns plus dozens of errors on their part even though my wife gave them lengthy spreadsheets with more then enough information.
I use them every year. They are very fast and thorough. Not everyone is perfect but they have been top notch so far for me..............
