Very nice service and can recommend for everyone with a baby to come experience it atleast once
This was such a great experience. I brought my son (7months) here with a friend, who also brought her son (3 months). Lakshmi attended to us and she was amazing all the way through. We felt safe with her and handles us with care. Linda, the RMT, was amazing and the boys knocked out with a nap after she completed her massage. 10/10 I would recommend!
We had such an amazing experience at this hydrotherapy baby spa! From the moment we walked in, everything felt calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both babies and parents. I experienced a scheduling issue and had shared my feedback in an earlier review. Within hours, the owner personally called me to gather more details and work toward making things right. I truly appreciated the call, as most businesses would simply respond online rather than take the time to speak directly. She was attentive, understanding, and genuinely listened to my concerns. First time trying hydrotherapy and massage with our baby, and it was such a wonderful experience! Farhana and Alex were both amazing—professional, kind, and attentive. Our baby felt so relaxed and slept right away. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend it!
