We searched online for days for a low side table for our living room. Finally we found Snugglers Furniture and there were many great options to choose from. When we decided on the one best for us, we called the store to finalize the sale. We were pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable, cheerful and helpful they were. Rather than our driving to Waterloo to pick the table up when it arrived, they offered to bring it to Toronto for only $20. My experience was positive!!!
These counter stools were a great find. We’re very happy with them and the service and delivery we received was top notch.
Very poor quality and even worse customer service. The fabric on our couch keeps ripping in new spots, even after we paid to have it repaired once already. We’ve sent several emails with no reply. For what this couch cost, it should last much longer and the company should at least stand behind their product
