Very poor quality and even worse customer service. The fabric on our couch keeps ripping in new spots, even after we paid to have it repaired once already. We’ve sent several emails with no reply. For what this couch cost, it should last much longer and the company should at least stand behind their product
Visited many furniture stores looking for some matching pieces and I found the prices the best at Snugglers. Placed my order on the phone afterwards and was impressed by the friendliness and quick attention of the staff. I don’t live in the area but decided to drive out and pick up the furniture pieces myself once they had arrived at the store. Definitely worth the drive for the prices and customer service! Both the showroom and warehouse staff were excellent to deal with.
Customer service from the minute we walked through the doors until the time they delivered the furniture and set it up was excellent. Quality of the furniture is exceptional, like you don't find much these days. The delivery of the furniture was also sooner than expected, which was an added bonus. I will definitely recommend Snugglers Furniture to friends and family and will most definitely shop there in the future.
The service has been awesome and the prices are the best we found on the items we wanted.
