We had a great experience shopping at Snugglers and we're very happy with our new couch. We've had it for over a month (it was delivered and set up before Christmas, even though we expected it later) and everybody still loves it.
We have entrusted almost all of our major furniture purchases over the past 15+ years to Snugglers. They provide outstanding service with excellent furniture brands (mostly all Canadian!), they listen carefully to our needs, and never put pressure on us to make decisions. We also appreciate that they are an independent, family owned business.

Right from my initial contact by phone, to the delivery team, Snugglers was very impressive. Professional, polite, prompt, and kept me updated as to when the delivery of my sectional was expected. There was no upsell either, with was a breath of fresh air. The delivery team was courteous and careful. A stellar experience all around!
