First time at this business today. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was it reeked of cigarettes in the building. They have lit candles everywhere to probably try to cover the smell. I'm allergic. They are unprofessional. No one greets you, says hello or anything. I had to fill out a form and was led to an office where a woman barely spoke to me. Yea tread carefully 2024 tax season will be coming to an end soon and I still have yet to receive the 2023 tax return. For the past year I have been struggling to straighten out the mess from this place and when there is an error Alex ignored my pleas for my information. Denied me, my own info to me but when I reached out to the company via phone and email there were no replies. Had a great experience there the tax preparation was simple and they took care of all paperwork! And when u refer people you get a chance to win a TV!
I'll definitely have to say thank you to Alex and his team for helping with my taxes this year and the past few years as well, they're always right on top of everything and are accurate with the amount you'll get back, Alex and his team are really friendly and kind I highly recommend everyone to check him and his team out you won't be disappointed
If you don’t want your money stolen do NOT go here. VERY unprofessional! Very rude. If you go here make EVERYTHING clear to them, double check EVERYTHING. And make sure you get ALL your money that YOU worked hard for!
