I’ve been using this tax service for several years and previously had positive experiences. Unfortunately, this year has been very different. My son and I filed our taxes in January and still have not received our state refunds. I’ve called the office multiple times, but no one has answered or returned my voicemails. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication has been very frustrating and disappointing.
Fabulous! My husband and I generally do our own taxes but they were a bit more complicated this year. I was not confident in sending them in and of course this is super last minute. I call SNS get a next day appointment (whereas other places weren't even taking any clients so close to the due date or charging consulting fees), nevertheless, met with Alex.
