They messed up my taxes for 2024. They filed my mailing address as my permanent address. They submitted my wages to a company I don’t work for and isn’t on my w-2’s and now it’s causing all sorts of problems. All simple easily avoidable mistakes. I’ve been calling them for weeks and nobody will return my call… the building seems to have been vacated. They just take your money and run… save yourself the distress.
Just to put this out there, I got my taxes done February 27th 2025 I have not yet received any of my money from federal, state or city. I went to the office several times after they came back from vacay and no one is at the building. I called left messages, nobody returns my calls. I will now have to take my concerns and consult with a lawyer. The website says they are open but nobody is ever in the building.
I have been coming here for the last three years to have my taxes done. I'm a retired military veteran and my taxes are done free of charge! I'm big on customer service and the entire staff has always been professional and very polite! Thank you so much for servicing us veterans! Very much appreciated!
First time at this business today. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was it reeked of cigarettes in the building. They have lit candles everywhere to probably try to cover the smell. I'm allergic. They are unprofessional. No one greets you, says hello or anything. I had to fill out a form and was led to an office where a woman barely spoke to me. Yea tread carefully 2024 tax season will be coming to an end soon and I still have yet to receive the 2023 tax return. For the past year I have been struggling to straighten out the mess from this place and when there is an error Alex ignored my pleas for my information. Denied me, my own info to me but when I reached out to the company via phone and email there were no replies.
