The chair buying experience was okay. The chair installation experience was horrible. Tony continued to say, he had done everything and nothing needed to be done on our end. However, we had to disassemble the drain pump and then reassemble it to ensure a clean fit underneath the chair. The way it was assembled at the factory and sent to us was not a clean fit. The communication process between us and Tony was horrible and difficult as we tried to ensure we were installing it correctly.
Pedicure chair not even one year broken . And I pay over 30thousand chair not good. I will send my friend not come in to buy chairs.terrible
