Miss Silpa is helping me from last 5 years, Even though I moved from Nevada to Ohio She is helping me in filing the returns to me. It is a very different and difficult filing for Ohio she took her time in filing to do a proper filing. she is very friendly, she gives a prompt response any time of the day. I recommend her for your needs in any kind of tax needs.
SNP Tax did a great job! Their response time was pretty good. They have a chat window where you can post questions to the CPA and get the answers.

Silpa is fantastic. Great knowledge of tax code, and very fast in turning around tax documents for filing. My previous tax preparer was providing me incorrect advice with multiple state filing, and when I reached out to Silpa close to the filing date, Silpa was quick is providing accurate guidance and went above and beyond to file my taxes on time.
