This snow trekker tent saved our lives. There were four of us in a hunting party for the first rifle season in Colorado this year and we walked back in the mountains to our site a few days before the season opener. Unfortunately, we were walking in during a snow storm and got lost due to deteriorating weather conditions. We had been walking all day with llamas in tow and it was getting dark rapidly. I have not received my tent as of yet, so my review is purely based on the amazing service I received from Jonah at Snowtrekker. Jonah answered all my questions in a very timely manner, was super helpful in helping me pick a tent and spent time with me answering all my questions. I had a bump in the road with shipping (not his fault at all) and he went above and beyond to take care of me. I have purchased 2 tents from snowtrekker and the customer service is phenomenal . Any issues are quickly addressed. The tents are extremely high quality and so well designed .
