We took our husky here after he developed a sudden and bad case of glaucoma. We are so grateful for how helpful and compassionate Freya and the team were. She was happy to answer all of our questions, she was fantastic with Frankie, very kind and patient and she helped us organise extra care and appointments that were required. It's hard to see your beloved pet in pain, but vets like these make it a little less difficult and now we have a very happy sassy husky again! Took one of our cats here after an emergency referral from our usual vet for a "melting ulcer" in the cornea. We were seen straight away and Jack, a 10 year old cat, was kept in for an operation the same morning. A week later the eye is 80% healed apparently and we can see the difference. We then had to take our 22 year old cat for a similar reason, this time though there was no need for an operation, which we were dreading as the last time she was put under it nearly killed her, and the drugs prescribed are doing the job.
