Review update 2025: Had the opportunity to book with Snowbound Express this year. No weather issues but the I70 traffic is a mess. Our driver, Grant, knew some detours and we missed the majority of it and saw some great scenery. Excellence again… Thank you Snowbound! Your professionalism and driving skills are unmatched. The roads were horrible but the ride smooth and very enjoyable. See you next year!

We have called upon Snowbound Express a couple times a month over the past 3 years. They are courteous, efficient, high-end and professional. Whether it is an airport pick-up or drop-off from Denver or Vail, a shuttle between Colorado ski towns, or a simple transportation request, Snowbound is always our first choice! Grant and his team make every effort to accommodate our requests. We have recommended them to several friends and business associates.

Buyer beware. These people are thieves. They will quote you one price and charge you a much higher one. We booked a private car from Denver to Vail. They quoted us a very high price of $550 gratuity included. Once we got our credit card bill they charged almost $800 with no explanations. To make matters worst when we called them to let them know that they had made a mistake the lady on the phone was rude and told us that they would charge however much they wanted and that they would fight us if we continued to complain and t... read more
