I didnt think they,re selection was big. Seemed a little pricy. Reps were friendly.
Before and after photos. The glass on our fireplace insert was completely clouded by soot. I couldn't figure out how to open it to clean it. Eventually, I found the manufacturer, model, and serial numbers, so I called the company. They told me that Snowbelt had installed the unit and told me that if I called, Snowbelt would come out to service it and show me how to clean it. On 12/19. We had a service tech come and look at our gas stove. He was on time,friendly, knowledgeable and had the part I needed. He was in and out in no time. I would highly recommend SnowBelt.
Russ was very helpful and willing to help both in helping me to understand how to install the part and routine maintenance of the unit. The kind of service they give means a lot.
