Snowbelt tech Russ B came out. He was knowledgeable to my problem with gas fireplace and fixed it expertly. He gave it a complete cleaning and tuneup and answered every concern I had with fireplace. Very professional and thorough with check for any leaks etc. Highly recommend.
Very knowledgeable and patient in answering questions. Great experience for someone who does not know the first thing about choosing a fireplace.
I didnt think they,re selection was big. Seemed a little pricy. Reps were friendly.
