Our experience with Snowbelt has been a wonderful one! We initially worked with Carl at the showroom to select and order our fireplace. Carl was knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. When it came time to get our fireplace up and running at our cabin, our Service Tech Russ went above and beyond in so many ways. Snowbelt tech Russ B came out. He was knowledgeable to my problem with gas fireplace and fixed it expertly. He gave it a complete cleaning and tuneup and answered every concern I had with fireplace. Very professional and thorough with check for any leaks etc. Highly recommend.
Very knowledgeable and patient in answering questions. Great experience for someone who does not know the first thing about choosing a fireplace.
