I highly recommend Rick at SnoValley Wellness Therapy. He helped me fully recover from a knee injury, with a combination of massage and physical therapy. My knee now feels stronger than it was before the original injury. I have continued seeing him for several months to increase my strength and help avoid future injury. Over time, he set me up with a personalized workout that I continue to do on my own at home.
Rick is an absolute gem of a human being. He is a talented practitioner and tailors his treatment to your specific needs. He is extremely thorough and deliberate.
