Review of Snooze Wish I had of read the reviews before ordering from Snooze Caringbah. Sales assistant (using this term loosely) Catherine, is the worst sales person I've ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. After ordering a bed in late January, I was advised it would be ready for delivery on 7th March. Since that date, I've been told, Warehouse doesn't have the parts required, full order didn't make delivery, half was at warehouse half still with manufacturer. Nice and clean store but horrible customer service. The guys are more adamant on checking WhatsApp on their phone rather than engaging with customers. They literally live up to the term "Snooze". they seem half asleep, disinterested and cant answer questions. I waited patiently for one of them that was behind the counter as I thought they were doing paperwork or helping someone but alas, they just were playing on their phone, fully knowing there's people waiting. Bought from here in the past but no more now.
Ben was a great help. He was knowledgeable and patient.
