I never do reviews. But with how I was treated and talked to by the woman helping me I had to say something. The whole reason going to these places is for help with stuff you don't understand. I was asking questions and she was talking to me like I was stupid or something when I've never learned about taxes. Was so condescending and talking down. I won't be asking for help here again. We have been searching for a good match for our tax needs for a few years (Our last CPA reorganized her business and we were dumped). We ended up at Snohomish location of Snohomish Monroe Accounting. They got us in near the end of tax season even though they were very busy and were able to complete our return in time. The atmosphere was laid back (No stuffy attitude) and the price was reasonable. This accountant is ghosting me? And after preparing a return for me that would have had me paying double what I owe and also not submitting my estimated payment to the IRS on time so I'll be charged a fine for being late. They also constantly double talk to me and tell me whatever they think I want to hear. One minute telling me some business deductions are fine and they next saying they're suspicious.
