Lovely, warm front office reception (literally Angel) and knowledgeable and competent tax prep and filing from Theresa. She is direct and gets to the point—including explaining how to get the information she needs to do her work. Highly recommend!
I normally don’t post negative reviews, but after multiple unprofessional experiences with Teresa, I feel it’s necessary to warn others. I experienced issues involving withheld paperwork, unexpected fees for access to my own materials, and an attempt to interfere with my ability to work with another tax preparer as apparent retaliation. I also later discovered a mistake in last year’s depreciation that could have affected my return. These actions were petty, unprofessional, and made me deeply uncomfortable.
