I have been going to Snohomish Naturopathic Clinic for over a year now and love it. I have seen Dr. Novins and then Dr. Torrance when Novins was out of town once. Both are great. I started there with no energy, insomnia and general body aches. After some testing, I take a couple natural supplements and have followed the eating suggestions I was given and my life is forever changed. My husband and I received horrible care at this clinic. The staff is very unprofessional and have no regard for patient privacy. After listening to other people in the Snohomish community, it became clear to us that each patient is given the same expensive tests, prescribed the same medication, told the same things about adrenal failure and lacking hormones. I had a horrible experience at this clinic and received inexcusably poor care. I am a huge fan of naturopathic medicine but I do not recommend this particular provider at all.
My son was having behaviour problems along with mild depression...I did not want to put him on medication. Dr. Novins gave me hope, after almost 2 years of frustration and Phd's who did nothing for us. She explained the way his brain was functioning and gave us a supplement that actually let him regain self-control. He is such a happy kid now and I am so thankful I found this clinic!
