I opened an account in 2019 to deposit earnings from my 2nd job so I could have a nest egg that I would hopefully get to use to buy a house one day. Now that the market has gone off the rails that plan is on an indefinite pause and I left my 2nd job. I’ve tried both banks and credit unions, and Sno Falls clearly takes the lead. Their service is consistently excellent and I love how their community support spans decades. 10/10 would recommend for Snoqualmie Valley residents and beyond!
Terrible bank. I set up a checking/savings account a month ago, and every step of the way has been so much more difficult than it needed to be. Employees are incompetent, and seem to constantly be turning over. I still do not have access to my money as they are unable to get my debit card working. Customer service is atrocious, and their staff has stopped contacting me back. I am closing my accounts with them today.
