Ruben was excellent, tried a bunch extra stuff he didn't need to improve my service beyond what the ticket outlined. Was very accommodating and exactly the kind of person I'd want as a service rep.
Ruben came to my apartment today and was amazing he delivered a fast instal and was very pleasant and professional! A 5 out of 5 service!! He was clear with when he arrived and what he needed to do and did it all very fast!! He was amazing thank you so much Ruben!!!
When it works, it’s fine. When it doesn’t, it’s brutal. Outages in Cleveland are constant over the last 5-6 months. They are always during the work week/work times and it makes working from home extremely difficult.
Ruben was here, listened to the problem and worked to find a solution. Even though I do not know much about how it all works he explained it in a way so I could understand.
When it works, it’s fine. When it doesn’t, it’s brutal. There has been probably about 4-5 day-long outages in Cleveland in the last 5-6 months. What stinks is that they have all been during work days so if you are working from home this could be a major drag. Additionally, since the last outage a week ago, I have been unable to work remotely on my home network because they have been using some type of VPN or something to provide internet to my building.
