I visited this shoe store hoping to find a new pair ON or HOKA, and while the selection of shoes was okay, it wasn't particularly impressive or diverse. I managed to find a few options that caught my eye, but nothing truly stood out. My main disappointment, however, was with the staff. The staffs were not friendly at all. We’ve purchased multiple pairs of shoes here. Each time we’ve had excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Highly recommend.
We had a store credit from a gift that was given to my son for his birthday earlier this year. The staff that helped us, Micki, was so great. He made sure that the sneakers fit perfectly as my son's foot size apparently went up a shoe size, so he had to try on a few sizes. He just had such a good attitude and was extremely patient, and that goes a long way for us in being a return customer. Would definitely recommend!
