I was looking around the store briefly and this lady named Vannessa wouldn't leave me alone. She kept advertising shoes that I didn't even want and following me around the store. She clearly only cares about her sales and commission pay
Stopped by to buy a birthday gift for my friend but got ignored by all the staff :(
Worse experience ever! The staff was very impatient, made me felt very uncomfortable, and don’t know any customers service! Won’t never go back again!
Terrible experience. I bought a hoodie and was never told about the no return policy. Complete scam and very misleading customer service. Would not recommend.
Horribly understaffed and horrible customer service. I was ignored and told to go to another location instead of being helped.
