New location is sweet. tucked away and reveals an interesting futuristic store room. Awesome team and great spot to find some sneakers and clothes
Awful treatment by Vanessa and Victoria. I came to exchange a birthday gift (purchased at Park Royal) just two days past the deadline, and they flatly refused to help, insisting I go back to the other location. I understand policies, but for a brand of this level, the lack of flexibility and dismissive attitude is unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

My son bought 2 essential hoodies at metrotown and after a little over a month of purchase the edges of both hoodies are dicoloring. I emailed the store 2x and spoke to 2 different girls on the phone. Its been about 3 weeks and no one has replied my email or called me back. Are they selling fake essentials?
Honestly, Awesome customer service here. I've been shopping with these guys for over 3 years now and they have taken care of me.
