My son bought 2 essential hoodies at metrotown and after a little over a month of purchase the edges of both hoodies are dicoloring. I emailed the store 2x and spoke to 2 different girls on the phone. Its been about 3 weeks and no one has replied my email or called me back. Are they selling fake essentials?
Honestly, Awesome customer service here. I've been shopping with these guys for over 3 years now and they have taken care of me.
Great experience at this shop. The staff was super friendly and checked in on us without being pushy, letting us know about the sales and even chatting about shoes. You can tell they really enjoy what they do—the guy helping us had a smile the whole time. The store itself is very nice, well organized, and easy to browse. Definitely a spot I would come back to for sneakers!
