EXCELLENT experience this afternoon at Sneaker Factory in Millburn. The internet if full of people who love to post negative stuff and rarely do people take the time to post when they are given superior service. Today I purchased the Mizuno Wave Sky 9 from Sneaker Factory: I was properly sized (thank you to the kind gentlemen who did that), they were patient and accurate and professional. Went in, and had excellent service.. I spoke about what I wanted, the salesman got me several options, explained each of them..and just listened to my feedback. Felt really listened to, and had a great experience..I went back 2x and each time I've had similar experiences, highly recommend.
