Joe is a star! I had a discomfiting experience at another store and, I confess, was bracing myself for more of it. But Joe turned out to be knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and capable of dealing with four customers alone at the same time, addressing the problems of each. Sales people have been very helpful and informative each time I have purchased running shoes from Sneaker Factory. I did not know much at the time of my first purchase; they took time to answer my questions and put me in a shoe that fit my needs well. It is true that their shoes are marked up compared to online prices-- but this is fair. You are paying for knowledge and recommendations, etc. which so far, have not let me down.

got a nice pair of sneakers however the experience i didnt feel was great . I thought i would have had more help with determining which shoe was best for me alot of joking around and not really much help . when i asked about sneskers i was replied with well dont you know your shoe size.
