This company does not stand behind what it states as its guarantee on the website. I have tried to contact them and even asked for a manager to contact me, to no avail. I was unhappy with my purchase and was trying to contact the company based on what they posted as their guarantee, but they have been dismissive and unresponsive. This "guarantee" is a lie. Over time, I Ordered 6, 5 delivered. Great product but no CS,e.g.always 2-3 month delivery which I accepted with ‘tracking numbers” stating delivered but no Carrier, USPS, DHL designated, salutation responses to unknown person. I gave up.
